Well, if the media hasn't told you already, the real estate market is not pretty and it HAS hit Harlingen. I am beginning my 5th year in real estate and each year has been more succesful that the previous. I looked at my sales so far this year since we are about to end the 1st quarter and I am WAY behind.
I thought things seemed slow, but the numbers just proved it!
However, if you in the market to buy a home, you are IN LUCK because I have seen some homes sell lately for WAY under market value. If you can find a seller who is in a sticky situation, you really can get a good deal on some houses.
